SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order
At the moment, we are offering Free Shipping on all the products. However, we will ship it via Normal shipping mode. Hence, it would take anywhere between 3 - 7 business days depending on your location.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, we have contingencies in place just in case of any unforeseen issues.
Each of our products is meticulously handcrafted, and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.
- Once orders are shipped, they cannot be canceled, and refunds are not available.
- While we do not accept returns or exchanges, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 working/ business days via Email or Instagram. We will arrange for an exchange. Please note, an unboxing video is mandatory.
- Customized products, any kind of jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged
- Please be aware that we do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. All returns or exchanges will be issued as store credits only. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
- For damaged items, we require an unboxing video to confirm the damage. If the defect is determined to be at our end, we will provide an exchange, not a refund
